Life Coaching part - 1

The Life Coaching process was designed to address specific personal objectives by examining different elements of life.

Examining life situations including things such as your general personal life transitions, your professional successes and failures, your realtionships with other people, etc. you become aware of what is holding you back from being the best form of yourself. By becoming aware you can then choose a course of action which will increase the results of a positive life change.

Life Coaching is a profession that is profoundly different from consulting, mentoring, therapy, or counseling. As your life coach I am responsible for being your ally while still holding you accountable for the changes you have set forth to make.

I look forward to getting the opportuinty to help YOU make a CHANGE.

Here is a list of specific things you can work on through the coaching process.

• Food, Nutrition, & Optimal Health
• Self & Identity
• Managing Grief, Loss, Sadness and Change
• Managing Anger, Upsets, Frustration and Stress
• Living Your Purpose

• Life Balance
• Career Change - Creating Workplaces That Work
