Life Coaching part - 1



WHAT IS LIFE COACHING?

The Life Coaching process was designed to address specific personal objectives by examining different elements of life.

Examining life situations including things such as your general personal life transitions, your professional successes and failures, your realtionships with other people, etc. you become aware of what is holding you back from being the best form of yourself. By becoming aware you can then choose a course of action which will increase the results of a positive life change.

Life Coaching is a profession that is profoundly different from consulting, mentoring, therapy, or counseling. As your life coach I am responsible for being your ally while still holding you accountable for the changes you have set forth to make.

I look forward to getting the opportuinty to help YOU make a CHANGE.

Fix something
We all know there are always things to be done, take the time to tackle one of your house projects.
Have a movie night or go to the movies

Go for a hike
Try finding a new area to hike, maybe taking a drive north to the white mountains.

Play pool at a local bar
And darts of course!

Split a sundae
Your splitting it right? So get five scoops and plenty of toppings!


Visit a brewery
Usually tours includes a really cool tour and free samples of beer. Don't like beer? Try a wine tasting!


Make a homemade pizza
It's your house, so it's your rules. GO CRAZY!


Taco night
Don't forget the magaritas!

Go antiquing
Look up local antique shops and search for your hidden treasure.

Go paint balling
Get a group of your friends together or go alone. This experience always brings out the competative nature in couples.

Take a trip to the zoo
Or if it is a gross day out, try the aquarium.

Go to a sporting event
It doesn't necessarily have to be a professional sporting event, you could go see a local or state team play.

Go camping
Pack up your car and book a night at a local campground, s'mores over the fire is sure to impress.

Do a puzzle
Puzzles range from simple to extrememly difficult, try picking out a 100 piece puzzle to start.
Check out a local museum

Take a yoga class
As yoga becomes more and more popular men and women are slowly intergrating it into their daily life.
